What’s a food you’ve always wanted to try? But have chickened out on trying? (lol, chickened.)

Caviar! I hear it’s good…I have had fish eggs on sushi, & I know I have been at least tempted to try eating that pretty fish bait as a kid – those technicolor fish eggs? But it smelled too gross, & isn’t really caviar, I know…
